Professional, friendly and courteous staff. Mark, the service advisor, was nice to work with. Vehicle was serviced promptly. Waiting area could be stepped up just a bit, but I appreciated the work desks available for customers. I'm accustomed to being offered a loaner, but this time I wasn't. Perhaps they were all already reserved.nIf asked, I'd recommend this place.

Mark from Service Department was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He took great care of me. I came in to get a new car battery and Mark explained the warranty process of Lexus car batteries. Mark also replaced my license plate cover that I purchased from the parts department at Lexus of Orland (And he did not charge me to do that) Let me say he didn’t have to do that, but he went above and beyond to make me happy. He didn’t try to up charge me or sell me on anything. I will be back for service very soon. Highly recommend Mark at Lexus of Orland. Thanks again Mark !!!

Tony was a great service coordinator. My Lexus clock stopped keeping time And Tony was able to activate my extended warranty to get it replaced. He also went beyond by researching whether or not I could have time shown digitally on my dashboard. He even By looked through my car manual and checked out options on my dashboard display. I really appreciate the time he spent in my case. He was always polite and pleasant to work with. I would like to work with him again in the future.

Great experience!! I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, when I arrived Anthony took all my details, explained what my car needed and provided a loaner. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I received a text letting me know that there was a few additional issues that they would be happy to take care of them. A few hours later I got a call to say my car was ready. I picked up my car and was on my way. This was a wonderful experience and Anthony was a delight to work with.

Absolutely amazed and thrilled with the service we received and results. Working with Jim B. was exceptional - detailed and thorough throughout the entire process. Purchased a new vehicle with his help, and we could not be happier with how easy it was and how perfect every detailed turned out.
