Love this location, and with my 29.99 a month fast pass, I get a $14 wash, and it can be used every day.nPlus I'm always racing against the clock and their fast pass allows me to blow past other people paying by credit card and cash. Love it !!!
They do a nice job at a fair price
Brush that's supposed to clean the back of the car doesn't work. Back of my car looked liked it wasn't touched. They offered to clean it manually but I didn't have time. That's for the 2nd star. This place used to be better
THEY TRICKED ME! THEY TOLD ME THAT I CAN GO TO ANY FULLERS AND USE MY UNLIMITED PLAN (which is $80 a month) there is no fullers in my neighborhood. However I was in orland and thought I would give them a try assuming I can go to all of the fullers locations since they are everywhere. I spoke to the owner and I told him how his staff mislead me. He called me a liar and told me I would not receive a refund or get my money back. I was not able to receive an apology or give my money back. The owner is a real slimeball. He reminds me of Donald Trump. Btw I’m black and he’s white it was pretty obvious what was going on. He does not advertise anywhere that there are specific fullers locations that you are allowed to go to. Big waste of time. I live 45 mins away from this location and have a location across the street from my house that I can NOT use at all. Trust me I tried.
Pretty decent wash, but the free vacuum is the bonus.
