This location has gone extremely downhill. The current staff members don't use please or thank you, no receipt was given, I was shorted on my change. Last visit here before tonight, the fries were DISGUSTING and the Coke I ordered had something wrong with the syrup ratio.. When we went back and complained about the fries... THEY ACTUALLY TOOK THE ONES BACK THEY ORIGINALLY GAVE US. With years (14) in the service industry... when you make a mistake, you do NOT take the mistake back. We drove down the road and found our fries were nasty and had to drive BACK. Every restraint I've worked in gives compensation where compensation is due.. and if you provide me with terrible quality food.. you don't take it back, you replace it, and let the guest keep your mistake. But the way the employees act at this location.. I don't believe anything is a mistake. They just don't care. Some weren't even wearing masks!!

This restaurant has wonderful service as well as delightful menu. One of the best spot in the city. The food served rapidly and the rates are economical. Recommended.

It was a reason why I stopped coming to this McDonald's. And today I got reminded why. I came to order a coffee, not only was it the entirely wrong size, which was smaller, but it was absolutely disgusting. The woman swore it was the right size, but NEVER have i received a small cup for a medium. People in here are new and younger and they do not know how to make a good cup of Joe or listen well

Don’t come here unless you have 20 minutes to spare! It is ridiculous that I had to wait so long just for a drink in the drive thru. I ended up pulling out of line because that was ridiculous! The point of fast food is FAST FOOD!!!! This McDonald’s has officially lost my business I will NEVER buy anything from here again. Terrible experience you all night as well be a sit down restaurant as slow as your service is! Smh
