This location opens too late! 10am, really?! Chase bank opens at 8:30am, this facility needs to staff better. Even if it's 10am, they still don't open the doors and they see people outside. Long lines from the get go and only 1 teller available, I am still with Chase as well, I'll probably just close my account and stay with Chase.
Really long lines and then the tellers are having side conversations with customers like there isn't 12 other people waiting.
I called to ask a simple question about a list of approved appraisers. They wouldn't answer me over the phone so I'm going to go with a different bank. My experience with them overall has been horrible. Please find a local credit union and use them.
This place need to practice better customer service. A week ago I made an appointment to meet a banker at 10:30 am, I got here at that time and waited for the banker. There was a lady out of her own words that said she was a walk in early that day and was asked to come back. How she got in front of me is beyound my understanding. I've been here now for 1 hour and 16 mins i just feel they need to do better.
This bank opens up entirely too late, every other location and bank is open but them. This is horrible
