So far the service has been fine. Nothing too special though however, it really wastes someone's time when the hours are not updated. So please update your hours.
Place has been closed since mid March. Can you please update your bank hours on this website to reflect your actual times? When will you open its June 6th 2020?
Rude! They kept stealing money from a saving account that I have with them without my knowledge. They would not return the money back to the account telling about their policies which is beneficial to them only.
Can be a hassle but I’ve learned to save using my Zeo account due to the fact I stay 132 miles away from the branch
The non customer check cashing policy was a bit much. They ask for a lot of personal information ( social, job title and location, phone number with provider, alone with regular standard stuff ID and address) then for it to be processed was almost 45 minutes to go through I had to suggest the teller call technical support which went through in 5 mins after all that time. And I was told I still may not be able to cash it depending on what came back. The teller even said we don't ask that much to open an account. It was a long process I felt like I was applying for a car loan when all I wanted was to cash a check.
