This branch is a complete joke. ATMs don't take deposits. They don't answer their phones. When this happened to me, I pulled back around and up behind a lady in the drive up window lane. The teller let her take 30 minutes make multiple transactions, instead of telling her to come inside.nWhen I walked in the bank to so advise what was going on, the jamoke servicing the drive up customer said he couldn't help me yet.
They told me that I cannot deposit coins I have to carry them on a roll and they still bother what happens with them
No one answers the phone and there are no times available for appointments through the app or online for this location. The answering robot just routes me back online. Completely useless.
Bank is close. Just ATM which have deposits option.
No one ever answers the phone. Its totally frusterating!! I need to talk to someone and can't get there during your hours of operation. Just answer the phone!
