We received excellent information and help from two different employees in the office regarding my disability exemption and what would be needed to lower my taxes! The ladies were both wonderful and helpful, and even when I had to phone back for some more information. The waiting time was less than 15 minutes the first time, and for a second visit they took us right away. I can’t say enough about how helpful these employees were. I only wish I had their names to sing their praises!

I recently was at this Markham off ice and had the pleasure of meeting SUSIE, in the Accessors’s office.nShe was so helpful, courteous and not put out at all!!nShe took her time in helping me and making sure the new vacancy requirements were addressed!nnThis woman, this thorough employee, needs the highest recommendation and may I suggest, a raise!nnThank you Susie!nYou were a blessing to me!!

I'd like to thank Teresa Chandler an emloyee of the Assessor's Office. She was so very helpful to all as she sat at her desk outside the office door. She took the time to answer all of our questions. She made sure we had the correct forms and made sure we filled them out correctly. The personnel in the office was also pleasant. A good experience.

Very helpful in person. You still get the typical run around in reference to times that you can file appeals, but you better actually make the trip.. Not sure why this place, or any government facility, has a phone number or any phones in their offices. You will NEVER get an answer.
