This has GOT to be one of the most unprofessional, and inconsiderate businesses I have EVER encountered. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. How do you not show up for an appointment that you already confirmed?? I don’t even leave bad reviews, I’d rather talk to the owner, but it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with anyone, don’t waste your time. So annoyed.
This was my first time working with Patricia Rivers & she definitely assisted me, and gave me the tools to maximize my refund next year. I appreciate her advice and I will be coming back next year.
