Deborah Robinson has a great deal of knowledge and such a pleasure to work with. She has a way of making her clients very comfortable and this for me means everything. I even have my son and his wife come to her also for several years now. I know if anything comes up I can call her explain the situation and she has the answer. She is that great. Thanks again Deborah for the great Job. See you again in 2021.

I was able to use My Block for the first time and it was very user-friendly. I did not have to go into the HR office very convenient. Our HR tax preparer was kept us updated on the process.

I filed my taxes with a lady here, verified all my information with her & applied for the refund advance. 1 day goes by and I haven’t heard if I was denied or approved for the loan. I call the office and they tell me my return doesn’t exist, that they don’t see my taxes being filed. They see my information but not that it was submitted. I must call back because the lady that did my taxes isn’t there. I told her not to file my return. I call the next day and they tell me they will call me back when they figure out what was going on. I told them not to bother, for them not to submit my taxes because I was going elsewhere. 30mins later I get a text saying I was approved for the refund advance. Now, it’s too late to go anywhere else. I go through my paperwork because I figured if she messed that up, I know she had to make another mistake. Go figure, she had the wrong account number (which she verified 3x). I called them again and the receptionist takes my account info down, says it will be fixed. I call 2days later and nothing was done. The tax rep had no idea what I was talking about. I explained the situation and she told me she will call me back when she figures out how to resolve it. I get a call 3days later saying I need to come in and sign a document to get my taxes sent to the emerald card. I do exactly that. Guess what? My refund was deposited into the wrong account because they submitted the form without the proper tax rep signature. Now I must wait for the bank to get the funds back from whatever account and they are going to mail me a check. Get this though! It isn’t a guarantee that they can get me my refund back!! This whole ordeal is devastating. We need our money to catch up on bills we couldn’t pay because of the pandemic. The employees are not trained properly on how to handle the system or the procedures when a mistake is made. I have a mortgage, 5 kids and plenty of bills. I will no longer go with this company. EVER!!

The preparer was efficient, very pleasant she worked with me and did not waste time. I entered the office and completed my taxes timely.
