Charge THE MAJORITY OF CDL HOLDERS THE MAXIMUM FINE ONLY OVER 1000.00 TO PLEA FOR A NON MOVING VIOLATION.nnMONEY REVENUE.nFOR EXAMPLE YOU WILL PAY 1500.00 FOR A non-moving violation such as a LOUD MUFFLER. REGULAR DRIVER CLASS C drivers should be assessed the same fee. CDL HOLDERS WITH AN EXCELLENT DRIVER'S RECORD ARE ASSESSED A STAGGERING ALMOST $2000.00 FOR FAILURE TO STOP OR SEAT BELT FINE. ITS WRONG, ABUSIVE AND UNJUST. EACH CASE SHOULD BE JUDGED INDIVIDUALLY ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE NOT FREQUENT OFFENDERS. THE FINE DOES NOT FIT THE CRIME! Avoid this county at all cost. Its sad to see a court system that does not do what's in the best intrest to the children.
