Your Pekin store is a disgrace, customer service is horrible, the soda machine hasn’t worked in over 8 months.nThe place always looks like it’s in a shambles, dirty floors, dust on the products.nnI phoned in a complaint about a very rude employee and other concerns was told the District manager would get back with and NEVER called back.nFinally seen him today and pointed out how badly the place has become when I tried to tell him his soda machine has been out months he denied the complaint until I had to show him the water coming out of it.nThe prior District Manager, Tim, NEVER would have allowed this to go on for this long.nI’ll take the hundreds of dollars my family and I spend there a block up the road until this neglect is attended to.
