Vern, Josh, Alix and Chris did a great job diagnosing the problems with my old furnace and installing a new high efficiency unit in our old 1892 home in Princeton, Il (that is on the local historical tour). Vern took the time to explain everything, answer questions and get us the best system for our needs. The crew showed care and respect for our old house too, and did a beautiful job with the installation. We've had the chance to meet several members of the crew and office staff during the past week, and let me just say that it's like going back to a better time when people cared about each other and real customer service was alive and well. I'm very happy to have signed up for the annual maintenance program for the heating and cooling systems because I trust this company to maintain our investment and keep it running great. I an highly recommend Summit Heating and Air Conditioning if you are lucky enough to live in their service area.
Summit has installed a water heater and a Kozy fireplace insert for me. Summit installed the Kozy and has maintained it's operation yearly They clean it and check for proper operation. The technicians are prompt with their appointments, professional and personable. Summit's cost to perform this service is reasonable. I recommend Summit. zoz
I called yesterday for what I suspected was low refrigerant in my A/C unit. Julie was very nice on the phone and got me scheduled for 3PM the next day. Around 11:30 AM, I received a call that the technicians were ahead of schedule and could be at my house between 1-2PM. Josh and another tech arrived and checked the unit, refilled the refrigerant, and we're on their way in maybe 20 minutes. They were very professional through the whole thing. Very satisfied with both the service from the office and technicians.
They arrived on time for a simple cleaning and my heat went out due to being old and has been going on and off for weeks , a great employee stayed all day to fix the problem the story is a lot longer but great people and outstanding service will definitely us again
Repair of our Lopi gas fireplace. Josh and Chris were on time and very friendly. They repaired our fireplace and it looks great. They were very neat and tidy. Thank you Josh and Chris. Good things will be said to others when I am asked.
