If I could leave 0 I would. Had a fraud problem with my account here and went in and they said I had to pay everything back. A couple weeks later I sent an email to the manager here for help on setting up a payment plan and received no response. Called the branch directly and was told they would leave a message over the span of weeks I called over 5 times to get it handled and left countless emails. So now I have to reach higher authorities at Midland to solve my problems and after it’s settled I’m closing my account and I am never ever doing business with them again. They are supposed to be a back supporting their community yet would rather let them down.
Very good bank. The employees go out of their way to help their customers. I had a problem and a lady took time out to help me specifically. I'm very grateful.
The absolute worst automated customer service. Good luck trying to get anything done if you work third shift, because if their offices are closed you are completely out of luck.
Wednesday hours only open until 12? Better hope no one has business after Noon on Wednesdays. Or else clients might be upset
Decent bank. Employees are very rude and not very knowledgeable. I would like to take my banking somewhere else
