I want to share my appreciation to Dr. Ziegler and staff. Trusting someone to take care of a loved pet is hard. They were so good to all of us. They took the time to understand our concerns, going over the price and helping us to know what was being done. They took wonderful care of our dog. He was in excellent hands and we appreciate that. We felt like they cared the most to care for our family. Thank you for caring like it was your own. Bonus - they do have a military discount.

We have been customers here for about 12 years but customer service has gone way down hill. Example; last appointment I was here on time and they put me and my dog in a room where we sat for 30 minutes. My dog was pacing and I was frustrated at the lack of updates or concern for my time. I opened the door to ask about when and they had no idea. Five minutes later I walked out. Today... I decided to give another chance and came back for flea meds and shots. Same thing... long waits past scheduled time. I m waiting outside due to Covid so when I went to door and opened to ask all she said was not sure how long it will be and told me I wasn’t allowed to open the door. Really? No customer service or offer of explanation why 15 minutes later Im still waiting. When they came out to get my dog I asked for a guesstimated wait time. The girl who dudnt even speak to me looked up and said “I have no idea”. I said not even a guesstimate 20... 30 minutes? She said no. This is the last time I will come here. Rude.
