Chelsea was super helpful when we were discussing the idea of planning a Disney vacation. She helped answer all of our questions and made us feel comfortable booking a Disney trip during the pandemic. She was responsive to all of our emails and helped us prepare and enjoy our amazing vacation!
I will first say that we normally do not go through a travel agency when booking trips. We often choose to do vacation planning on our own. However, given the restrictions of COVID, we decided to go through a travel agent to book our trip to Disney World. We are definitely glad that we decided to use a travel agent. Debi Mitchell with Wish Upon a Start with Us was EXCELLENT. She went above and beyond our expectations. She also gave us several helpful tips about the various parks at Disney and the resort we stayed at in Disney. She answered questions we had regarding going to Disney during COVID and relieved many of our concerns. We felt very safe and comfortable going to Disney. We have absolutely no regrets using this travel agency and will use them the next time we go to Disney.

We had the pleasure of working with Bri to plan our honeymoon to Cancun and could not speak more highly of her! From initial recommendations and walking us through the trip planning process to absolutely saving our honeymoon when Hurricane Delta rolled through, she was well equipped to handle everything we and Mother Nature could throw at her. She was able to quickly set up a back up resort and switch our flight transfers literally last minute which allowed us to continue our honeymoon which we will always be grateful for. Highly highly recommend and thank you Bri!
