Alison was friendly and knowledgeable! I love my cut and color. The Chair so comfortable including the recliner shampoo was a nice surprise!!

New to the area . Was calling salons in the area for an appointment Saturday . Called Lox and was offered a 10 am appt w a stylist there for a root touch up and was told stylist would contact me in a couple of hours with an estimate on price . Didn't get a call until 8 pm Friday ( tooate to even call other salons for a Saturday morning appt. ) and it wasn't to give me a price it was to tell me they gave my appointment to someone else . Totally unprofessional ruined my entire weekend .

I had Anna do hair and make for my bridesmaids and I on the day of my wedding. She went out of her way to meet us where we were getting ready and she was able to get all 6 of our hair and makeup done in less than 5 hours. Not only was she efficient, but everyone looked fantastic and loved the work that she did! Thank you so much Anna!
