POLAR OPPOSITE EXPERIENCE THE 2ND TIME.nnI was jerked around for 6 days from another company while water was pooring into my home ruining everything for two floors!!! The other company I HIRED, I will call unhappy roof, was rude and yelling at me that it may be 3 WKS BEFORE THEY COME OUT , that’s not what they said when I had to sign their paperwork as soon as possible if I wanted on the schedule, when I found STL Roofing. I was in an emergency and Randy came right out the next morning before another round of rain was schedule that evening and he fixed my flat roof!!!!!! For $700 dollars less that the unhappy company bid the job for. He saved my home and I’m sure the insurance company is as happy as I am. LOVE you guys for saving my sanity during a crazy stressful time!!nn********PART 2***********nnURGENT MUST READ!!!! PART 2 of the STLRoofing experience. They never fixed the problem... my roof started leaking again in the same spot!!! I called a couple times and texted and finally got a response. Told they couldn’t make it out for two days... had a big job they were starting. Well it was going to rain in two days and then for days after that. My house would be screwed!! AGAIN, I explain it can’t wait finish the job you started and then the next job. My work would only take a couple hours at most. Well, I’m told they will meet me at 9 to do the work and I am posting this at 1:30 without seeing them and they have given every excuse but the Hulk stopped their car. Then that stopped responding. LIARS!!!!!!nnI had a 9hr drive to Minneapolis for work and now I won’t get there till so late. Plus I get the added plreasure of spending money on a new contractor to do the work.nMisty
