Delicious, but pricey.
Food was on point, but service wasn't up to par. It was more important to take an order over the phone instead of handling the customer in front you. Seemed like there were plenty of other workers to take phone orders while someone else handled the register. But I'll still go back - food is delicious!
Even though they were busy the service was very fast. The bathrooms are clean. There’s two tables for seating outside which worked nicely since I was traveling with two dogs. The staff was courteous and I was happy with how fast my food was ready.
Burgers are awesome but a bit pricier than before the pandemic. No more roasted peanuts. We order our own burger then a small fry (a whole bag full!), and share a soda. That kept it to $27 for two people. Good food, though it's a treat.
Usually when I go to Five Guys the food is always really good. This time around was not. I had ordered a regular cheeseburger, a little fry, and a vanilla shake. The burger and shake was really good and filling, though my fries were not so good. Im thinking that what happened was that someone had thought that the fries were ready but they definitely weren’t. They were really soggy and just by looking at them you could tell that they weren’t cooked all the way. Next time I will definitely be making sure to check my food before I leave.
