Best post office in the shiloh, IL area. Very friendly and efficient. Also has a self-service kiosk available. However Theo could learn some manners and customer service skills. Maybe you're having a bad day, but you should treat others how you want to be treated, always!
This is my favorite post office. Lots of seasoned employees who are very helpful. In the last month, two of my priority mail packages have seen very little movement once they made it to St. Louis for processing. Stephanie has been calling me every three days with an update and even left a voicemail yesterday at 9 PM. The post office needs more employees like her.
The O'Fallon, IL post office always provides top notch, professional service, in a timely manner. Though not my servicing PO, I always go to them for my postal needs.
The staff is always helpful and efficient. This is the primary place I send packages.
Mailed a package on 10/28/2020 to be delivered on Saturday, 10/31/2020. Not only did it not even leave this facility on the 28th, it didn't leave the 29th, nor the 30th. It didn't leave until 10/31/2020. I am beyond angry. Why did I pay all this money for delivery by a certain date when it didn't even leave by the noted delivery date???!!!!!!!!!
