The customer service is disappointing. Called for 4 days to cancel my service as I have moved. Left 3 voicemails and would call multiple times with no answer. You get better service at the DMV.

If I could give a lower score I would. Twice now i have received my bill the day before it is due. My neighbors have had the same problem. When i asked how this could happen i was told it was a post office problem. I asked if the bills are picked up by the postal worker to be delivered the answer was “ no we take them to the post office.”These people take absolutely no responsibility for any wrongdoing. Luckily i noticed the due date and drove to the facility to make a payment I was not alone. Another customer also had complaints about delivery. Even though the late delivery is not due to anything on my part i was told YES there would be a late charge. The employees need customer service training.

The onine bill pay is no longer working. It does not accept the water bill as a payment identifier after you enter your personal credit card info. Says it can't find my account number as well. They have rotated the due date from the 30th or 31st of each month to the 23rd. Then to the 21st. We lost a whole week while being charged the same as for a full month and that change made me have to pay a late fee. Why do that after many years of it being the same due date?

I think its terrible the more water you use the higher your bill especially for people with pools
