Employee was very professional and very nice she acknowledged me right as I walked in and provided A++ customer service. The dress shirts I had laundered was as I like my shirts heavy starch and crisp. I will most definitely recommend Apple Cleaners to everyone I know. Personally I loved how Apple closed the bottom of their plastic bag that my shirts hung in most cleaners usually just put your apparel in an open bottom bag and if you accidentally drag the clothes or they fall out your hand you have dirt on the bottom of your apparel but not with Apple and I will for now on be using the Shiloh IL location as my cleaners Thanks
