I have used Osborn a couple of times in the last month, been very happy with the result, but this last time I was really impress with their honest ethic too, they found some money in my cloth and they returned it, is hard to find a place that do good work and also have really honest worker. I'm really happy with their work and will continue to used them.

I try to keep my business local whenever possible. However I will never be using Osborn again. I was going to drop off winter coats to be cleaned and was greeted by an extremely rude and unfriendly employee. Who you could tell instantly was disgusted by me. She took my info only to tell me she couldn't have my coats done until Friday evening even though I was trying to drop my coats off Tuesday morning. I then asked for a price and was told because of the state my coat was in that she couldn't price it but more than likely would be $25 a coat. Needless to say with her attitude combined with the price and turn around I left. And it turned out to be a blessing. I found a cleaner down the road who gladly excepted my business for $11.25 a coat and can have it back tomorrow evening. Osborn you had the first shot and will never have my business again. Sorry I took a coat that needed to be cleaned to what I thought was a business that could help me clean it. My mistake.
