I want to leave a review but also to express my gratitude to Debb and Ryan of J.C.'s Jewelry & Repair. I lost my father in December '20. He received an incredible honor at his funeral: a Military Final Solute. The volunteers who fired the rounds gave his children and widow the spent brass rounds. I took them to J.C.'s to see if they could fashion them into a cross as a way for me to memorialize my father. They did a great job and honestly, after seeing the final product (pictured), I am at a loss for words. I am grateful they took such great care of this order. It was worth the wait. They took care to ensure also that the cross can be easily removed for cleaning. I would recommend them to anyone for new jewelry purchase, jewelry repair, and custom jewelry jobs such as mine. Great service and pricing on jewelry repair and resizing. I had screw-backs replaced on my diamond earings and a ring resized. I'll definitely be back.

Stopped in for a quick watch battery replacement. Staff was friendly and completed the replacement in record time. They charged me less than half of what the watch kiosk folks in the Mall have charged me in the past. Well done; highly recommend this place to others.
