My boyfriend got me a ring here about a year ago, we got the protection plan on the ring. The ring somehow cracked in the middle, and I brought it up to get it fixed. I got a call back a few days later saying my ring got fixed, I picked it up, it looked okay. After a few days of wearing my ring again, I noticed the part that was “fixed” turned my finger green in the same spot where it was broken. For such an expensive ring, it should be fixed properly and not with something fake that turns my finger green. A few days later, my ring is broken right down the middle again. Just lovely.. would not recommend.

So I purchased my wedding ring from Rodgers and Holland back 3 years ago at the Carbondale store. So I go in yesterday to get my ring cleaned and low and behold the store was closed. Was told by the surrounding stores at the mall that they closed the day after Christmas without letting anyone know. Very unprofessional to close without letting their customers know. I have a protection plan for my ring and now if something happens to my wedding ring I won’t be able to get it fixed as the nearest Rodgers and Holland is 2 hours away. Now I’m out what I paid for my protection plan. Not a very good way to run a business. Very disappointed. I should have done business with Kay Jewelers which was the store right across!

Best customer service ever! I was lucky to stop in there. Wonderful people who never make you feel rushed and they make you feel like you are the most important customer even if it's just a question. Jim, Jennifer and Rita are the nicest people you will ever meet. I will definitely be coming here from now on!
