They love me cause im cool

Went there to open an account. Did it through the drive through gave all information and filled out paper work. Then they asked me to pull to the another lane. So I did after waiting there in the drive through for 47 minutes I decided to push the call button to see what was going on. The lady answered and immediately says sorry for the wait the card reader is down. They just rebooted it... Ok well I am sure you knew before that second the card reader was down and your just now rebooting it after I have waited nearly an hour. And no one thought it was a good idea to let me know a half hour ago what was going on so I am not sitting in my car getting more annoyed as time goes on. I said ok will it take five minutes to reboot because I can wait if it won’t take longer than that. She proceeds to tell me with an attitude that I can come back for the card it should be done in like an hour to hour and half. Which I thought was funny because they close at 5. So how will I come back tonight for it. I said no, she said ok then you can go to a different branch to pick it up. But that is besides the point. Now why would I want to waste more of my time and gas to drive to a different branch when I came to this one. If they couldn’t open my account at the time I drove up they should’ve told me that because there are a million different banks I would gladly have gone to another one. One thing that is worse than bad customer service is wasted time. Can’t stand it.
