This is one of my favorite clothing stores— an incredible gem! I have been coming for several years, several times a year, and so many of my most loved and unique pieces have been found here. Really high quality vintage! Kristin has a huge collection, so the store changes often.

What an amazing selection of lightly worn vintage and great unique pieces. Wonderful silk scarves, hats, cow boy boots and jewelry. Kristin was fantastic and has a great eye. She is really collected and incredible selection. All high quality materials and brands at very reasonable prices.

Had the most uncomfortable experience there. I was barely greeted when I came in, I was browsing around for some pants and found some I really liked, went to try them on and when I came out of the dressing room I was met with a " you're in huge trouble ; you didn't ask me to use the dressing room." I was mortified and didn't know how to respond, the woman went on to say " this is a nice brand, do you even know this brand ?" Needless to say I left without the pants.

I called to inquire if they buy fur coats and was immediately caught off guard by the unfriendly tone. The lady that answered asked me to hold so that she could continue her conversation (that I could slightly overhear) and made me feel as though I was bothering her. I wouldn’t advise doing any type of business transactions with this establishment.

I realized the exchange consignment was a poor excuse for a store as soon as I saw the “customer service” that was given there. The little red headed beast behind the counter has some serious attitude towards anyone and everyone. And my husband seemed to have an awful experience with the owner as well. The store was cute and clothing was as well, but that’s about THE ONLY thing this thrift store has going for it. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT going to this store if you have any love towards yourself. The people there are rude, snobby, judgey, and have gigantic attitudes. Look on yelp, google, or anywhere else where a review is left and you’ll get the same reaction. Speaks volumes when you have the same problem from EVERYONE.
