Good and fast service. Very convenient, plenty spaces to park a car. I would give a 5 star but not every driver will give you help with your language, so I tipped the ones who do and didn't tip the ones who doesn't.
They run this place pretty tight. Shuttles are running all the time, $8-$9 a day. Huge parking lot, makes it easy to find a spot and jump on the shuttle. Drivers will come pick you up from your car and drop you off at your car. Pretty cool. One of the best off airport operations I have seen.
24-7 service and a great value! I love parking here. I park here every time I fly out of the Cincinnati airport. They always have shuttles going to take you to the airport, and max I think it takes 15-20 min. When you leave the airport, there are always shuttles waiting to take you back - just hand the driver your parking ticket, and they’ll return you right to your vehicle. Plus, you get a discount if you’re a AAA member.
While the price is reasonable the service is way too slow. When flying out, they wait for each van to fill up in the lot which can take 15-20 minutes (we had to wait 10 more bc the last person forgot something) and then they make multiple stops at the one tiny CVG terminal. When arriving home, they again wait for the van to fill up at the terminal then drop off each person at their car even if there are multiple cars parked in one row. It can take you 30+ minutes to get to your car after walking out of the terminal. Had I parked at the terminal or used fast park I would been home at least 20 minutes earlier. I think Valupark should seriously consider returning to the area drop offs and pick ups.
Shuttle followed us to our parking spot n picked us up promptly. Very quick ride to the airport n was dropped off right at the door. When returning, a shuttle was ready to pick us up, gave them our parking ticket n was a quick trip to the car. Highly recommend & very affordable!
