Vicki is incredibly responsive and she knows QB quite well. We are probably a more complex QB user than most. The time or two that I've managed to stump her is only temporary as she quickly researches until she finds an answer! I look forward to working with her and learning from her for years to come!

Vicki saved my life!nnThere I was, I wannabe entrepreneur, trying to lean accounting, bookkeeping & Quickbooks all at the same time. Trying to create an accounting system to track the complex business I was embarking on nearly killed me. I've been an engineer most of my life so I thought it would be easy for me. No way!nnBut it was easy for Vicki! She had me up and going in almost no time. Since then she's upgraded me to Quickbooks Online, also in almost no time and she got me an initial price break!nnI paid a reduced fee to my accountant this year for my corporate taxes because I was so organized. She actually thanked me for being so organized.nnThe coolest thing for me is it's now so easy to keep it organized. Keeping everything up to date is easy.
