I was in Park City for the weekend and was helped by a man named Mike. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Thanks for helping us out and getting us ready for winter!
Love Patagonia as a company. In fact I have always been very pleased with the customer service, and friendliness of the staff. This location, I was treated very well, and both associates were helpful. The poor review is because the store is ridiculously hot! After only a few minutes in the shoot I was done. The employees were very understanding, and I can only imagine having work there for an extended period of time. Poor working conditions and an undesirable shopping experience.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. From BRAD NELSON. Should be let go. I am a frequent purchaser from Patagonia, however, the whole experience has turned me off to the entire brand. Will no loner buy Patagonia. I will be taking my business to North Face or another company
Everything I wear is usually Patagonia but the customer service at this location was the worst. Their employee Brad Nelson was so blatantly rude both me and my family. I’ll never shop at this location ever again.
