The ladies are the desk are always rude and Probst always seems to waive any concerns without even addressing. Not a friendly environment if you ask me. He fixed my boyfriends dog and popped her hips out of socket and now she can barely go on walks. My cat was fixed a few weeks ago, I picked him up and they didn’t even know he was in the back. His fur was covered in blood and he smelled of urine so bad. I included a blanket for them to put in with him to comfort him, and it never left the pet carrier. Disappointing to say the least.
My friends took the cat to Probst because he's been having quite a few issues and Probst did basically nothing. He didn't do any bloodwork, didn't even weigh him, then waved it all off and said he's too small to do anything and is likely to die in a month. Too small is completely bull. He was even talking on the phone to other people while examining him. It was incredibly unsatisfactory and should honestly be a crime because he PRESCRIBED HIM MEDICINE WITHOUT EVEN WEIGHING HIM!!!
Dr. Probst has been our vet for years. Very affordable and always gets us in when we need an appointment. We love the staff and the vet.
