Same day I called, i received service. The service man arrived on time, he was polite, an friendly went straight to work. He fixed the plumbing problem, an wasted no time. I have used Bondurant before, an will use them again if need be.

I hate to leave this review, but would hate even more for someone else to go through what I went through with them. I hired them on a handshake. They completed the first phase of the work. When I complained about them making permanent changes in the structure of my home due to changes in the installation of my plumbing without consulting me, the owner became abrasive and wouldn't listen to my concerns. In short, he didn't do what he said he would do and also refused to do what I paid him for. They drilled holes in brick walls and ceilings where the plumbing was not supposed to go and also bent copper water lines by laying heavy gas lines on it.nI waited a few weeks, hoping he would calm down to where I could reason with him and I paid the 1st bill in full, even though he overcharged me for gas line (he had me pay for 100' of line, when less than 50' was needed).nI put a letter in with my check, hoping he would read it and hear what his customer's concerns were since he was so unreasonable on the phone and in person. He sure cashed my check, but refused to come out and finish the work we had agreed to. So, I hired another contractor. The person I hired did a fantastic job, came out right away and finished the job how I requested it to be done. The new guy even took the extra gas line i was overcharged for and told me he would use it somewhere else and would give me a credit for it-very nice.nI don't know if maybe it was because I am a female or if he is like this to everyone, but I was absolutely not respected at all by this establishment and as a result, I will never call on them again.nSuch a terrible shame in such a small town to be disrespected like this. I was truly disappointed, mostly because a couple of my friends highly recommended him to me and I would have never guessed this would happen. Now, I am stuck with repairing the damage they left behind as well.
