They never answer their phones..never call back on the off chance you get the voice mail option. They say they do but just for fun I called while in the waiting room. Didn't even ring like they have the ringers off..
Everytime I call nobody answers. When I go in every lady that works at the front desk is super super rude
I’ve been trying for almost 2 months to get ahold of you. I am 18, just moved out alone and have no help. I’ve been running out of food so I’ve lowered portions. This has been such a terrible month and the one time I decided to reach out for help despite my stubbornness you guys have failed me. Wish I could give 0 stars.
Went in to add my newborn daughter to my case and the guy at the front desk was sleeping. I stood there for about 5 minutes and then he jumped up to help me. He took a copy of a paper and said he would get it taken care of and then a month later still nothing was added I had to go back in and demand I get it taken care of beacuse apparently whomever that guy was he lied he didn't do anything that day!
I’ve been calling them repeatedly and get no answer. I received a letter yesterday saying my application was denied because I apparently missed my phone interview with them when I didn’t, I answered the phone when the lady called. She asked me questions for about 2-3 minutes then said she’d get everything sent in & apparently didn’t because my health insurance got cancelled too because they didn’t send everything in time like they were suppose to, so now I have to drive a half hour to the DHS office to get this all figured out. I’d give no stars if I could.
