Drove from Ogden to purchase my yearly pair of boots and a leather jacket for my husband. I walked around shop for a total of 15 minutes. I wasn’t greeted, nor was I offered service. Felicia was busy at the counter shuffling papers. Felicia should be retrained at how to provide customer service.
I came, I saw, I got a neat hat. Great experience. Miller is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend
Bought a beautiful rabbit fur coat. Dayna was really helpful. Tried on a few others, my husband bought a coat too. This is my second fur from Overland, first was in Jackson Hole. Overland furs and leathers are intoxicating. Bought a few things in Denver too. Park City is a smaller store, but great selection.
Fantastic shop. All very helpful. Quite a cute selection of garments and others. We bought a sheepskin rug for our pets.
