Very unorganized lost our tax forms twice and made me mail the state taxes in even though that's what we were paying them for they just handed us the stuff that we were supposed to mail in and walked off not telling us what we had to do or if there was something we had to sign nothing just ridiculous terrible awful I would go to Nokomis for definite instead of them because they are more organized and they seemed a lot more intelligent than these people
