Power to the SHE! Amen to that sista!
We walked in and went upstairs. I was looking for my favorite Elation 7/8 tights that I already own several pairs of. I spend a lot on Athleta clothing every year both online and in the store. There were 4 associates and not one of them greeted us or offered to help. I asked an attendant on the second floor for a specific size and she didn’t extend anything other than “that’s all we have” upon walking away and while we walked down the stairs she was preoccupied folding clothes rather than helping customers. We were so disappointed and put off we quickly left the store. I will shop Lorna Jane from now on.
Super cute clothes, spent a while in here with my wife and girls, staff was so helpful and courteous and professional.
Love this location! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly which made my shopping experience so much better. They have a great selection, better than some of the other ones I’ve been too.
Their Saturday staff closed 30 minutes early and wouldn’t let me in after making eye contact with me. Really wanted a swimsuit but whatever.
