Store is not clean at all. Last time I was in there was a Gnat that landed on my bread as he was preparing my sandwich. He just put it back in the bin with the other bread instead of throwing it away. There were also gnats inside the cookie container. I don’t believe they would have thrown those cookies away had I not insisted. Also the teenagers that are usually there working seem to be on some type of drug.

Very well kept and clean every time I make a visit, but the employees seem to focus on that rather than taking orders immediately. A young lady named Lia offered to pay for a woman in front of me who was short a few bucks, very generous. Will be returning!

The last time I was here during the height of the Covid outbreaks in this area one of the employees was wearing a mask - but she did not have her nose covered. At this point I think everyone knows that is a completely pointless way of wearing it. This last time, today, she had the same mask on, with her nose outside of it, and the other employee who was preparing the food, wasn’t even wearing one. There is a sign posted on the door that says all employees will be wearing masks. However, in my experiences with this particular restaurant this doesn’t surprise me. The workers often look unclean, and disheveled, they are rude, and often make orders wrong. I have placed online orders to pick up on three different occasions, and all three times they did not even realize I had placed the order until I arrived to tell them I was picking it up. Furthermore they are always out of basic items. This particular subway seems to be very poorly run, and I have to say today was the final straw. I will not be returning. I truly hope no one gets sick.

For what they cost, the sandwiches barely have any meat on them. I thought I had a veggie sandwich for a momentud83eudd26ud83cudffe‍♀ufe0f Doesn't look very appealing.
