terrible customer support. so rude to me & everyone i was with. both the workers working were talking bad about us & we heard them. So unprofessional, never coming back here. Also my friend just had surgery on her ear & is unable to wear a mask & has a doctor note for medical reason being un able to wear a mask & they were not nice about it at all & kicked her out. other stores let her stay and told her she just needed to social distance. every single one of us was wearing a mask but her bc of HER surgery & had a good excuse, the rest of us were following the rules & where still soooo rude

Great selection of clothes! I love North Face products. The employees could have been better, no greeting, no smile, and no have a nice day. I will keep shopping here, because the product is amazing. Great quality!

Extremely bad customer service I would ask employees if they could help me find a size and had a bad attitude about it. I Asked different questions about a jacket and he was really rude I don’t know why he works in retail if he hates it so much and is rude to the customers made me not want to come back to that store because I had a bad experience with him talking to me.

These guys were super nice to me with a special situation yesterday. Graham was awesome, did an exchange with my product with no problem. Jon was helpful and Lisa was killing it on her first day! Thanks a million for keeping us on the Wasatch front nice and warm and dealing with our circumstances :) appreciate you guys a lot! Your customer service is top notch! Sean
