The dispatcher at night who has been there for decades Georgia has been very rude this last year. She lacks empathy for those who have questions when they call in. I was on my way to give plasma tonight and called in about a route and my bi yearly pass. She had the nerve to say that riders don't get special treatment and hung up on me. No one asked for special treatment. Her attitude is below professional and I pray and hope she finds peace in her life. When a customer has a question, they should feel validated, not condemned. Very clean good place to get outside and move around
Were very helpful yesterday during delay due to street closure. A supervisor drove me to another bus stop to make my connection and the bus driver helped me make my transfer with the metro bus to Fairview Heights.
Great Buses, Most drivers are very nice, Some don't talk at all and some are really funny.
The MCT buses are never on time and often they ignore their schedule entirely.
