They could dress and present themselves a little nicer. Tattoos hair not combed holes in their clothes! They are not nice at all. They make me think that I am wasting their time by asking questions.

Terrible customer service, most employees have a bad attitude. Called ahead to make sure I brought the correct paper work only to get there, wait 45 minutes and get told I don't have what I need! That's just my most recent complaint.nnThis place should be shut down. Suggestion for improvement: Fire all current employees and try again.

This facility sucks big time!!!! Stood in line today for 30 minutes and only one person doing stickers with about 30 people waiting. I also love how they change their rules all the time!!!!
