My wife and I have bought appliances off and on here for years and we’re always treated fairly. We recently purchased a washer and dryer for our son and come to find out I was able to fix his old set prior to delivery. They could have just charged me a re-stock fee but they wouldn’t refund it, small print says no refunds regardless. Fine, we got a store credit instead. Bought a fridge from them with the credit and it’s delivered with one section not working and the water line tasting like it’s been sitting in moldy sewage for years. We can’t get it clean, no help when asked, and when they showed up to “just plug in” the wire on the shelf it still didn’t work. Technician, loosely using that term here, says he’ll research it and get back to us. Over a week goes by and I end up having to call. Now the answer is there isn’t one of those shelves in stock so he can’t fix it. I’ve researched this issue myself it’s a problem with the wiring harness on that model, not the whole shelf. Did the guy offer to get a replacement to fix it? No. Last time I’ll ever buy anything there. You should avoid the first time.

I won't never be back to these people I don't see how they can not know an item doesn't work they sent me with a set that the dryer heating element, or timer doesn't work and the washer doesn't fill up and it doesn't wash the clothes very good.nThats all good and well but now ill have to drive 2 hours there and wait on yall to fix them then drive back I don't have that time especially when you don't have to pay my gas or time, we didn't even get to use the set but once, they didn't even work right the first time I would rather just have my money back but yall aren't going to do that because you sell as is.

Terrible and rude. Go someplace else. Before approach was questioned why I was parking and afterwards felt like I was being watched as if I was a criminal or something. Made up my mind to go someplace else. Should of known better given the location and previous reviews. Stay away, don't get ripped off like the other folks or scammed.
