Went to wash the salt off of my car. Had to wait in line about 15 minutes. Car wash did a good job. Was pleased It was one of the best automatic car washes I've ever used and it was reasonably priced.
Awesome customer service. My fav bumper sticker came off my car. They was nice enough to save it for me. When I came back they remembered me and gave it back. I like to save a few bucks for them so I can tip. I don't think a lot of people know you can tip the lovely people who work at the car wash. I give it a four star because the car wash doesn't get my car super clean like I would like it to for the price I pay monthly for my car to be washed. The zip across town does get my car clean. This one is just closer to my home. Still great customer service.
Long wait time! Some of the brushes weren't working. Went to use the vacuums and one side had very little suction... the other side wasn't even working. Was so much better when this was owned by Rain Tunnel
Good service. They could use another man in today to help sell memberships but both guys were friendly and helpful.
I pulled up and was offered the everyone's a member deal. It sounded good. Went through having the top wash. Got home and the chrome had water spots and the front of the truck was still dirty. I hand washed the front of my truck and several other spots. Then later that day we were out in St Louis and I decided to go though another zipps location and that one left soap on my mirrors and windshield but the line was too long so we left. The next day I noticed the water spots on my chrome again so I went to the downtown granite city location. Water spots. The next day I tried the pontoon location again. Waterspots and it had soap on the rear bumper. I don't know what is the issue but it's not getting a clean rinse after 4 full washes at the highest wash. This shouldn't be a thing. Spot free rinse isn't working at at least 3 locations.
