I joined a monthly membership through this company. I used it several times and on my last visit, my car was damaged (very minimal). I filled out an incident report and have not heard a word from anyone at the corporate office after a week and calling them several times. Very unprofessional and I'm thankful the damage wasn't anything serious because of I can't get a reply with something so minor, I'm sure it would be worse with more damage

We had a mixup with purchasing a gift card online. Auto Spa was extremely professional and responsive in helping resolve the issue. I cannot say enough nice things about the workers and management - they were all great, and went above and beyond to help me!
Very convenient pay machine at entrance and it has free vacuuming available.
