AMAZING!!!!!! when my dog chewed off the strap to my bag, i took it in and when they wouldn’t fix it, they gave me a brand new bag!! no cost for shipping or replacing!! their customer service is great, super friendly and knowledgeable! would give it 10 stars if i could!
I went to this store multiple times while on vacation with my family. Each time we went in, we all experienced the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful, which resulted in my niece purchasing a cute new backpack.
To my shock, this was not the same experience I received in Vail. When my daughter also wanted one, I went to this location to buy it. I found the staff to be very unprofessional and received the worst customer experience ever. I left without buying anything and will never return.
Please keep up the excellent work Park City team! In a time where retailers need every purchase to survive, they need a staff like you. I will definitely come back next time I’m in Park City.
We loved shopping here as the products are great. Although very pricey the products have a great warranty and are well made.
