Carbondale Baker and sons came to the house to repair a water pipe that broke they fixed the water pipe but they cut the wrong pipe flooded the house cause extensive damage to my house when I call their supervisor they're supervisor told me I don't care I ain't fixing it your house is trash anyways tried to call the owner and he was out in Florida at the time still haven't heard bactk from him do not use these people unless you want your house destroyed
Very professional and affordable rates. They came in and got the job done as quickly and quietly as they could.
If I could give zero stars I would. Can we say rip off. A tech came out over a bad expansion tank($35) and push valve($15). Said water heater was under warranty. We will just put new heater in since under warranty. And charge you labor. Which was a grand total of $1000. So why does $50 in parts turn into $1000 in labor? Will never call them again. Did I mention appointment was for 3 and guy got there at 4.

They came out and gave me estimates but they didn't respond to me for 3 weeks while I went without hot water. I sent them emails and used their website to no avail. I just wanted to give these people my money and get a new water heater, but they didn't seem to care.nnThe guy that gave me the estimate was extremely nice though when he was onsite.
