Called this company and they were an hour and a half late, the person who showed up was very nice and courteous, checked out what we needed done which was to have a galvanized pipe cut out and another pipe put in, I’m gonna say two hour job or less to complete, he made a call to owner I assume and came back with a $700 dollar quote, pretty ridiculous price we thought so of course didn’t go that route, but then charged a $60 fee for coming out.
Excellent service, and fast, or as fast as it could be with our complicated house. Water heater burst and the tech, Stan, was here within an hour. Came back with a new heater, helped move cabinets to fit it in. Came back with an expansion tank to fix another issue found when the heater started up, then installed a relief line to get everything up to code. He was on this job for at least 6 hours. Friendly, quality work and warranty as well, and very good price. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I needed a plumber and noticed the Chandler truck at my neighbors. called and they came right over. Very professional and courteous. I will use them again if the need arises!!
I had an emergency and they were at my house within 3 hours, while other plumbers near by were booked up. Very professional and very reasonable. I just found my new plumbers! Would highly recommend!
Disappointed, very disappointed. Promised work, didn't show, didn't call. Kind of wasted my day waiting for him. Secretary said they were on their way. Never showed, never called. When I called to follow up, he let me leave a message and never responded. Not what I expected from Brad.
