We had a small leak in the toilet. Called first thing in the morning. They had someone out that afternoon. Joel was very professional and knowledgeable. We got a price to replace the toilet, while they were here we also discussed replacing our antique water heater. They offered us a discount to do both at once so we went for it. They were here the next morning bright and early, had everything done by early afternoon. I would recommend Baker and Son's Plumbing. I feel confident knowing the parts and labor warranty has me covered.nJoel was very courteous. He took the time to explain details and answer all my questions. His exceptional customer service and knowledge definitely made me feel comfortable knowing I made the right decision to call them for my plumbing needs.

Very impressed! They responded quickly, were much more thorough with they’re inspection and estimate than the first company we called and even let me know they didn’t have to do something they originally thought and credited us for it! ( That says a lot right there!!☝ud83cudffc) Highly recommend these guys!

Joel Perry came out to install a water heater and toilet for us. He really took care of us. Great customer service and amazing products. Joel worked quick and efficiently. He also stuck to the price he first quoted us. No hidden fees or unmentioned upgrades without homeowner approval. Really great work!

JP was awesome! Service is always top notch and they are always here quick and gets the issues resolved ASAP! Today was tree roots in our drain line:( Baker & Sons truly is the only Plumbing service my company and myself will use! Keep up the great work!nDawn

Darryl was prompt and on time, worked carefully and stayed to verify the fix was good. A pressure fitting he installed burst and sprayed our kitchen cabinets with water, but he gave us a $50 credit toward the work being done. Excellent service and thorough work, solved our plumbing issues and was very pleasant to deal with. Second time I have used Baker and Son’s, will use them again should Aquaman try to come through our pipes again.
