Great customer service and would highly recommend. Larry was the tow truck driver dispatched to us when our vehicle needed towed from the side of Interstate 24. He was quick to arrive and very knowledgeable. Larry was kind and helpful to us in a stressful situation.
Larry was very polite and understanding. He helped me out very willingly , never came across rude or inconvenienced about it. We shared stories and had some great conversation. This company should be very proud of their workers . Seriously it felt like a friend came to help me. I will always try to use them again. Great guy Larry is.
Called for blown steer tire and coolant line on big truck. Replaced tire no problem. Patched up coolant line good enough to get to a shop as they didn't have replacement line available. Professional and friendly would absolutely call them again
Larry helped pull my vehicle free after getting stuck in some snow and ice 8 hours away from home. Not only was he professional, kind, and genuine, he gave great advice on how to not get stuck in the same situation and recommended products that might prove helpful in the future. Would highly recommend
