Crystal Quality Car Wash

I usually go here and never have a complaint. However, this time I went there were quarters stuck in the one bag so I had to move to another one. No big deal there, but when I went to sweep the car there was absolutely no suction on the vacuum. Like I couldn't even sweep up a hair ud83dude12ud83dudc4e

Great to get under the spoiler on the back of my Prius! I can go through fancy-schmancy car washes that won't even get the back wet.

It gets the job done. From time to time there are things that don't work though. But otherwise, it's clean and has good soap and pressure.

I have regularly used this car wash since moving to Marion 13 years ago. There have been numerous times that the vacuums have not been working and have kept my change. Most recently, the lights were not working in the automated car wash which made it very difficult to park correctly for the carwash to even begin. None of these things have prompted me to leave negative reviews or to stop patronizing this business. I have tolerated these minor inconveniences in an effort to support a smaller business. However, today, my family and I stopped for a quick clean up of the car. We did not intend in use the vacuums because we did not have change. However, we intended to run the car through the automated wash once we were done emptying the trash. As we were getting in the car to pull around, an employee (I assume) came up to us and said “It would be nice if you used the vacuums.” I understand that frustration. I’m sure they often have to deal with people dumping trash but not paying for anything. Which I disagree with completely. So while I personally would never confront a customer like that, I get it. We still planned to take our car through the automated wash but then she continued to mumble under her breath and accused us of stealing. It was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. After today’s experience and all of the other inconveniences and times that their machines have stolen my change, I will not be going back.

Nice place clean kinda high could be 1n50 per wash instead of 2.00 dollars.
