Very friendly staff and polite, clean and organized. I took my son today to buy his hamster and one of the ladies walked around with us to help get everything he needed. So, I'm really happy about this store..

Very knowledgeable staff. Always have the answers I need and not afraid to tell me they don't know something. I have spent tons of money on my aquariums there and they have been a great help in making it possible.

The plecostumous I was wanting was not available. But that being said, the employee said they would be getting them in from supplier and to call before I come in and they will be glad to let me know. I truly appreciated that!! Very good doing business with! Plus I bought something else anyway!!

Went to Petco at 6pm and they were closed even though their hours say they are open until 8pm. Needed medicine for my fish. They might die now because there is nobody there. There were 3 other customers outside wanting in. All the lights are on and everything but doors are locked. I'm getting my stuff elsewhere from now on.
