Jeff and Zach were friendly and thorough. Kept everything clean as they worked throughout the house. Carpets were almost completely dry and everything smelled nice when they left. No musty odor or residual dampness that I have experienced with other companies. I would highly recommend their team.
We have used Jeff's Chem services for several years. Both Jeff and Justin have always been very professional and we have always been delighted with the results. One of the main reasons, I like using their system is that they use less water; thus our carpet dry much faster. Excellent results and very pleased with their professional and courteous service. I would highly recommend them.
Justin did a great job cleaning carpets in 3 of our rooms after purchasing a new house. He was able to get a couple stains out as well. He explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I was satisfied with the cleaning before he left. I would definitely use them again!

Definitely recommend! Honestly, I thought I was wasting my time and money by having my upstairs carpet cleaned. Thought I should just pull it up and lay new. SO GLAD I DIDN'T.
